Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve creating custom applications using ServiceNow and ensuring they align with the needs of the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement them effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of existing applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow and the ability to translate business requirements into functional applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes.

Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow platform.

Ensure that the applications meet the business process and application requirements.

Implement and configure applications based on the defined specifications.

Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or errors.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve any application-related issues or incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

Experience in designing and developing custom applications using ServiceNow.

Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs.

Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management.

Experience in working with Agile methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
