Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management. This includes creating project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements, and overseeing implementation and deployment. You will proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.- Identify and mitigate project risks.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Network Security Implementation, Data Center Networking Technologies Operations.- Strong understanding of network infrastructure design and implementation.- Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols.- Experience with network troubleshooting and performance optimization.- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.- Ability to analyze complex network issues and provide effective solutions.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.- This position is based in Gurugram.- A 15 years full time education is required.
