Summary:As an Infrastructure Service Management professional, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services, ensuring that business and technology outcomes are achieved within the agreed-upon timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure that service level agreements are met.

Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation, utilizing standard tools and methodologies.

Ensure that all project-related activities are in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of Infrastructure Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, and other IT service management tools.

Experience in project management, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.

Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
