What would you do?
We are looking for a passionate, highly dynamic HR Solution Architect to help us in creating our HR enterprise ecosystem of the future. You would be responsible for working with our business leadership to solution a technical strategy that supports key business priorities. As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee how we can best leverage existing technology solutions, as well as oversee the selection of new HR tools to be integrated with our HR enterprise ecosystem.As a Solution Architect lead, you should have proven experience in solutioning, designing and delivering world class solutions utilizing the latest cloud architectures. You will be responsible for ensuring the integration with the latest HR solutions along with their roadmaps and offerings. Key responsibilities:

Perform technical discovery / due diligence

Coordination of involved technology delivery teams

Develop high level functional solution designs

Collect and size appropriate cost estimates and business cases of tools and infrastructure

Present and discuss solutions with client executives and IT counterparts

Ensure successful execution for various initiatives across the HR ecosystem, ranging from new product experiments to new partnership opportunities

Responsible for how we measure and report on the success of our initiatives

Manage, mentor and support Solution Architects and ecosystem product owners.
