Summary :As Service Delivery Manager, you will lead application maintenance support across L1.5 to L4. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application operations process and ensuring its successful CPI & KPIs are met.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications for any bug fix or continuous improvements.

Act as the primary point of contact for the application operation process.

Oversee the entire application maintenance process and ensure its successful in CPI & KPI measures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Strong AMS background with prior SDM role experience, Products domain experience – medical and travel insurance

Good to Have :Knowledge on digital technologies like SFDC, SUN6 INFOR, IBM Cognos, MS – RPA, SharePoint

Good to Have :Innovation and automation knowledge to explore and identify opportunities in operations

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and algorithms to develop automation scripts.

Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

Full-time education is required.
