Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Python. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and processes to support a client or project in Bengaluru.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Python, applying your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and processes to support a client or project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet client or project requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of software systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Python.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with Django, Flask, or other Python web frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
  • Solid grasp of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks. Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Python.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
