Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead a team of software developers and provide guidance and support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and implement software solutions based on business needs.

Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software projects.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work And Asset Management.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level software applications.

Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.

Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work And Asset Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
