Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries and issues.- Provide guidance and advisory support to team members on technical and functional aspects of the applications. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.- Experience in leading application development projects.- Knowledge of SAP modules integration and configuration.- Hands-on experience in SAP FI CO module implementation.- Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
