Summary:As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Your typical day will involve driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery, as well as proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:

-Assess customer business and aspirations and identify transformation opportunities -Articulate a clear future-state vision and roadmap to realize customer expectations -Bring deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA intelligent core solution features (current & upcoming) and architecture to support oCFO & Financial Transformation vision. Good understanding of Industry business processes (1-2 industries)-Articulate and clearly communicate with a duly backed business value and business case the possible SAP technology, capability and roadmap options-Build, enable, empower & manage the right talent of experts and platform technology ecosystem to deliver transformation solutions for our clients-Develop innovative assets and thought leadership to drive value and efficiency for our clients Professional & Technical Skills:

Seasoned professional with overall 15+ years of experience with at least 6 years in leading or managing large scale transformation projects in any of the core S/4HANA Finance, SAP S/4HANA Central finance or Enterprise Performance Management greenfield transformation or brownfield migration engagements? Excellent communication & presentation skills (both written & spoken) and should be able to engage with senior client stakeholders, architects and SME's.? Internal Stakeholder management with ability to engage with customer & partners' architects to assess, confirm and define requirements.? Ability to manage & motivate the teams and help achieve the goals? Strong understanding of SAP solutions (current & upcoming) and highly skilled in shaping and reviewing solutions both from technical and commercial perspective. Knowledge of integration with other core areas like supply chain, sales, materials? People leader who can build and retain teams with an ability to manage & motivate the teams and help achieve the goals? Detail-oriented, ability to drill down into tasks and root causes. Guide teams through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty? Ability to stay hands-on, close to delivery and deal with critical situations and driving enhancements in the delivery engine Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
