Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process, coordinating with team members, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the application design and development process

Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met

Provide guidance and support to team members
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits

Strong understanding of cloud-based application development

Experience in leading application design and configuration projects

Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
