Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring the applications are aligned with business needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise, as well as providing technical support to end-users. With your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement solutions.- Ensure applications are aligned with business needs and requirements.- Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues that arise.- Provide technical support to end-users.- Contribute to the development and enhancement of payroll systems.- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.- Knowledge of payroll calculations, tax rules, and deductions.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues.- Experience in data migration and integration with other systems.- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud security and access controls.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
