Summary:As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Assist in assigning work assignments to team members.

Manage and monitor the progress of work assignments.

Ensure timely delivery of services to customers.

Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Provide support and guidance to team members.

Additional responsibility:Assist in training new team members. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Linux system administration.

Strong understanding of Red Hat OS and its components.

Familiarity with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Knowledge of shell scripting and automation.

Experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
