Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the team and collaborate with them to perform effectively
- Manage the team and make decisions regarding project requirements
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Mentor and guide junior professionals in their career development

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA database and its technical architecture
- Experience in designing and implementing SAP HANA solutions
- Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling and data provisioning techniques
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA administration and performance optimization
- Familiarity with SAP HANA security and authorization concepts

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
