Recruiter Intern

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Recruiter Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
• Conducting initial phone screenings and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Updating and maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Assisting in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
