Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are designed to effectively support the organization's needs and objectives. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, conducting analysis, and creating design specifications. Your expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) will be instrumental in developing efficient and user-friendly applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements to understand the needs and objectives of the organization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define application design specifications and ensure alignment with business processes.

Design and develop applications using SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to meet the identified requirements.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues, working closely with the development team.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to continuously enhance application design and functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.

Document application design specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Additional Responsibility 1:Mentor and guide junior professionals in application design best practices and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) implementation.

Additional Responsibility 2:Collaborate with business users to gather feedback and incorporate user experience enhancements in application design. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), ABAP, and SAP Fiori.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform.

Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module and its integration with other SAP modules.

Experience in designing and developing custom SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions.

Knowledge of ABAP programming language and ability to write efficient and optimized code.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles and ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Experience in integrating SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with other systems using SAP PI/PO or API.

Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its impact on application design and development. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.QualificationMinimum of 15 years of full time education
