You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects and ensuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

This position requires deep technical expertise in F5 products, including LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, and APM, combined with strong network engineering skills to ensure the availability, performance, and security of network services. You will collaborate with a team of network professionals to support and enhance our mission-critical systems, providing technical leadership and hands-on management of complex network issues.Key Responsibilities:

Load Balancer Management:Design, configure, manage, and maintain F5 load balancers (LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM) to optimize the distribution of network traffic and ensure high availability of services.

Troubleshooting & Incident Management:Respond to and resolve complex network incidents, including performance degradation, connectivity issues, and security incidents related to load balancing.

Performance Tuning & Optimization:Monitor and analyze the performance of the load balancing infrastructure, identifying opportunities for tuning and optimization to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Security & Compliance:Implement and maintain security best practices, including SSL/TLS offloading, DDoS mitigation, and web application firewall (WAF) policies using F5 solutions. Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and industry regulations.

Automation & Scripting:Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., iRules, Python, Bash) for automating repetitive tasks, deploying configurations, and integrating with other network management tools.

Documentation & Reporting:Create and maintain detailed documentation of load balancing configurations, network topologies, and operational procedures. Provide regular reports on system performance, capacity, and incidents.

Collaboration & Support:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, application developers, and cybersecurity specialists, to deliver seamless network services. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior network engineers.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:Interface with vendors for technical support, product evaluations, and updates. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

On-Call Support:Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical network systems and ensure rapid resolution of issues.Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Experience:oMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years focused on F5 load balancing solutions in an enterprise environment.oExtensive experience with F5 technologies, including LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM.oProven experience in managing large-scale, complex network environments with a focus on high availability and performance.

Certifications:F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA) required. Advanced F5 certifications (F5-CTS, F5-CSE) preferred. Other relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are a plus.
