Summary:As a Scrum Master for the Application Developer team, you will be responsible for leading the agile development process and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, as well as removing any impediments that may arise during the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the agile development process, including facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Remove any impediments that may arise during the development process, ensuring that the team is able to work efficiently and effectively.

Ensure that the team is following agile best practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, and developers, to ensure that project requirements are met.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Good To Have Skills:Experience in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Strong understanding of software development best practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
