Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable applications that align with the needs of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing requirements, developing code, and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop efficient and scalable applications based on business requirements.
- Analyze user needs and design software solutions.
- Write high-quality code to implement application features.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of applications by conducting regular testing and debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development processes.
- Document application features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in MongoDB.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with MongoDB Administration.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
- Experience in designing and developing MongoDB databases.
- Knowledge of MongoDB query language and aggregation framework.
- Familiarity with MongoDB indexing and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience in integrating MongoDB with applications using programming languages like Java or Python.
- Understanding of data security and access control in MongoDB.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in MongoDB.
- Resource will need to work daily from client office in BKC, Mumbai location only.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
