Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and their alignment with business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes.

Design, develop, and test applications based on business requirements.

Configure and customize applications to meet specific client needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and maintenance processes.Basis & Redwood JD:A SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for deploying and maintaining complex SAP landscapes, implementing technical changes, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the system is running smoothly. The individual in this role will collaborate with different teams to design, implement and manage SAP systems.A Redwood Consultant is responsible for Batch Job Scheduling through RMJ/Redwood based on the Client request & Dependency. Also Monitor and manage scheduled jobs to track job execution and troubleshoot issues.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure and maintain SAP systemsProvide technical support for SAP systemsPerform system upgrades and patches to ensure the system is up-to-dateMonitor and optimize system performanceCreate and maintain technical documents and proceduresCollaborate with other teams to design, implement and manage SAP systemsParticipate in change management processesHands-On on Cloud Applications SAAS ProductsHands-On on Redwood/RMJ Batch scheduler tool for scheduling the Batch Jobs with Dependency, Troubleshooting for Job Failure
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration.

Experience with SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Strong understanding of SAP architecture and components.

Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.

Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP HANA administration.

Recommendation:Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and SAP Solution Manager.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
