Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and configuring the system to meet the organization's needs. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any application-related issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Design, develop, and configure applications using SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Configure the system to meet the organization's needs and ensure smooth integration with other modules.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve application-related issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.

Continuously improve application performance and optimize system functionality.

Train end-users on the proper use of the application and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.

Knowledge of integration techniques and tools for seamless data flow between modules.

Experience with data migration and system configuration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics tools.

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors security and role-based permissions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A Graduate degree is required.
