Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop applications based on business needs.

Configure and customize applications to meet specific requirements.

Oversee the development process and ensure timely delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation.

Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing email templates and landing pages.

Familiarity with CRM integration and data synchronization.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce CRM integration.

Experience in lead scoring and nurturing strategies.

Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and segmentation.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years of full-time education Bachelor or Masters university degree in Technology Engineering is required.
