Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful completion of projects, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.

Ensure effective communication and coordination among project team members.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Facilitate project meetings and workshops.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Camunda BPM, Oracle Policy Administration, Business Process Analysis Tools.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with process automation tools.

Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Camunda BPM.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
