"P&CC Team ( Profit and Cost Capability ) is the new multi dimensional Finance Capability that opens boundless opportunities for our people and reflects the strong culture of shared success that we aim to build. The formation of the P&CC is to realign teams that manage the costs and remove silos, streamline insights, and drive standardization and collaborate. P&CC professionals will help the business runners and budget owners identify the unlocked areas for cost improvement. They will have a clear scope of process centralization, rationalization and optimization. Unique Cost Organization supporting both Finance and Non Finance Organizations. You will be part of Travel and Transport Cost Category supporting Global leadership in the new Cost Category Structure.
Roles & Responsibilities:1.Understand the transformation and transition of the activities to Travel and Transport and WP Cost Category. 2.Expected to perform independently and become an SME.3.Provide Business insights, analysis, and support to the various Stakeholders like IDF Leads, CS&S Leads, Operations and Technology Leads , Business.4.Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.5.Evaluate the financial results of travel and transport and identify areas for improvement.6.Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.7.Provide recommendations to enhance profitability."

Roles and Responsibilities: "

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
