We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.In this team, you will help in providing universal banking functionality to banks. With a focus on product strategy and a global market presence. This team will help in providing solutions to customers on industry-accepted platforms and Lead Product Managers to build an ecosystem of products and assets around these platforms namely Bancs, Finacle, Finastra, Pega, nCino.


What are we looking for?
Candidate will be working in our Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, and Capital Market verticals to help clients with their operations & investment portfolios. Candidate will be part of the Lending Operations team which prepares retail credit proposals, conducts pre-analysis, do dupe checks, data entry, customer point verifications (CPV), and review income documents in line with the client credit policy, procedures, and turnaround times. Candidate will be working on Wholesale Lending which is a debt-based funding arrangement between a business and a financial institution. In this role the expectation is to work on Loan preparation, setup, booking, funding, documentation, collateral maintenance, equipment finance, or specialty finance & insurance

Good oral and written communication is must since the process requires sending emails to internal & external stakeholders

Responsible for driving the Commercial Banking Loan Operations like Loan Booking services and booking a new customer in the client systems through Straight Through Processing (STP)

Performs complex and varied transaction / assignments in the client systems

Should work with minimal supervision and should mentor New Associates

Should support an expensive array of products / services

Demonstrates technical / administrative expertise in banking domain

Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards, which are well defined.

Understand the end-to-end Loan servicing cycle and have adequate controls in the process

Hands on experience in setup loans in different applications will be an added advantage

Manage to perform Processor & Reviewer role based on business demands

Analyze recurring issues and assist in developing process improvements

Monitoring status of aged items and monitor it closely till its delivered to client

Moderate / excellent understanding of Banking on Loan processing / operations

Validate the loan information updated in the client application from the loan documents (Deed of Trust / Promissory note)

Validate the loan level information between the documents and the loan booking system for accuracy & compliance

Organize the documents as per the manual

Process to gather all the necessary information to properly complete a loan closing package

Manage multiple Loan Servicing requests from client within the stringent timeline

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
