Summary:As an Application Support Engineer for Aveva OSIsoft PI, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure system stability and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Aveva OSIsoft PI and other critical business systems.

Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of the systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability and reliability.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in other critical business systems.

Solid understanding of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
