Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service and support. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing custom solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Create technical designs and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Perform unit testing and ensure the quality and performance of the applications.

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Service Cloud features and best practices.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

Assist in the deployment and migration of Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and data model.

Experience in designing and developing custom objects, fields, and workflows in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Apex programming and Visualforce development.

Knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Aura components.

Experience in integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing settings.

Solid grasp of Salesforce declarative features such as validation rules, process builder, and flows.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
