Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems for various stages of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, showcasing your expertise in software development and configuration.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Deploy and configure TrakSYS solutions tailored to the specific requirements of manufacturing operations.-Develop and customize TrakSYS applications and interfaces.-Integrate TrakSYS with other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and SCADA.-Ensure data consistency and synchronization across integrated systems.-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.-Analyse manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.-Implement TrakSYS-driven solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.-Ensure TrakSYS solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.-Support quality control initiatives and ensure accurate data collection.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES-Strong experience in configuring and customizing TrakSYS.-Good experience in programming languages such as SQL, C#, VB.NET, or Java.-Experience in manufacturing environments and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.-Experience in Production Order planning, Production Execution, Traceability and Build History-Familiarity with system integration, databases, and network infrastructure.-Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus).-Knowledge about shop floor functional processes & Industry standards (ISA95/88)-Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.-Quick learner with an enthusiasm for mastering new technologies and tools.-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.-Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with others.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A 15 years full-time education is required
