Roles & Responsibilities:

Work as an HCM consultant on S4 Move.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Design and develop responsive web applications using SAP HCM Payroll.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Perform unit testing and debugging of web applications.

Document technical designs and specifications.

Research and incorporate updated content for websites.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant.

Extensive Experience in PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll Modules - at least 4 - 5 ETE implementations.

Good understanding of the HCM Functionalities to be able to prepare high quality Technical Specifications as per the requirements.

Experience in Payroll and time Configurations, Dynamic Actions. Good understanding of Organizational Management relationships.

Ability to translate functional / non-functional requirements to systems requirements.

Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications.

Ability to design complex interface programs.

Experience in gathering the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.

Ability to provide estimation of work requirements.

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Strong communication (verbal/written) skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
