You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your typical day will involve bringing emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems.
- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
