Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Lead and mentor junior team members in project delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.

Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.

Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
