Key responsibilities of the role:

Process Expertise:Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Smart Grids,AMI, Grid Operations, Field Operations, System Planning, AssetManagement, Enterprise Transformation, Analytics

Experience in T&D Systems especially in OSIsoft / OSI Pi / Televent

Programme management of large, complex business programmes todeliver digitally enabled solutions

Drive Business Readiness and Deployment activities for region(s)

Identify opportunities by farming existing relationships and growingnew networks

Draw on extensive knowledge and experience across SystemIntegration projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of viewand recommendations based on robust analysis

To harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite ofmethods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long term solutions

To provide executives and their teams with the necessary strategiesand tools to position their organizations for high performance

Ability to lead the team from thought leadership, solutioning anddemand management perspective (the incumbent will be responsiblefor the utilization of the team)Experience:

Deep knowledge in Utilities industry with core expertise inTransmission & Distribution including Grid Operations , FieldOperations, Smart Grids and AMI

Ability to assess Value Potential of a T&D transformation program andability to architect the value proposal

Blend of Utilities Industry and Consulting (and Technology if possible)

Exposure to International Utilities clients (including onshore clientfacing consulting work experience)

Exposure to innovation - IoT, Cyber Security, Digital, Analytics, Mobility,Distributed Energy etc.

Process Transformation:Involves defining key performance indicatorsand associated work practices and collecting, managing and reportingmonthly/quarterly on regional status.

Deep Process Expertise:Transmission & Distribution, Grid Operations,Smart Grids, Analytics, Process Automation, Field Operations, SystemPlanning, Microgrid Planning and Asset Management

Extensive System Exposure:Hands on experience of working with T&Dsystems (deep experience with at least 3 of the following systems -SCADA, DMS, OMS, Grid Cyber Security, MDMS, AMR/AMI, DRMS,DERMS and GIS)

Sound knowledge of the regulatory intricacies with experience indriving initiatives to meet compliance requirements such as CAPEXplans, grid predictability and grid reliability is preferred

Program Management:Involves effectively planning, managing andcoordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment withnumerous and complex stakeholder groups and execute on-time andon budget

Programme management experience and track record of successfuldelivery of large, complex programmes

Good knowledge and experience in Digital & System Integrationprojects

Drawing on extensive knowledge and experience across Digital andSystem Integration projects be able to provide insightful, deal-relevantpoints of view and recommendations based on robust analysis

Strong writing skills and experience of producing high calibre reports,papers, presentations and thought leadership

Active role in the identification of opportunities by farming existingrelationships and growing new networks

Change Management:Involves coaching and/or training personnel

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead globaldistributed teamsAdditional InformationWould be advantageous, not mandatory:IS Utilities, SAP Certification (Would be an advantage)SAP ISU CRM / Oracle CC&B related experienceSCADA Certification Siemens/ABB/Honeywell/Schneider etc. (Would be anadvantage)
