Summary:As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology talent market by providing foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. Your responsibilities will include upskilling and cross-skilling individuals to keep them market relevant.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Develop and deliver training programs on technology, delivery, and professional development.

Create course content and assessment materials.

Mentor and guide individuals in their career development.

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling & Development.

Strong understanding of data modeling and development in SAP BW on HANA.

Experience in creating and optimizing data models for performance.

Knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and architecture.

Hands-on experience in developing complex data models and reports in SAP BW on HANA.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling & Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
