Summary:As a Modernization Engineer, you will be responsible for building and testing agile and cost-effective hosting solutions. You will implement scalable, high-performance hosting solutions using private and public cloud technologies. Additionally, you will develop and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation and migration to drive next-generation business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement hosting solutions.- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of hosting solutions to ensure optimal performance.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:- - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.- - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and hosting solutions.- - Experience in legacy infrastructure transformation and migration.- - Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.- - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.- This position is based in Pune.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
