Summary:About The Role :The person shall lead a BTP Development and Integration Implementation Factory serving multiple clients and a)leading client deliveries in a client facing role and developing strong client relationships, b)bringing GenAI impact into SI delivery lifecycle on Technical Development and integration, c)leading the talent creation and d)business development (for SAP Development and Integration) including a.actively leading from the front in Sales Opportunities, b.participating in ORALS. c.Participating in Client visits to Accenture IndiaSkill RequirementsWe are looking to hire a strong SAP Development cum Integration Architect who is a a)techie by heart and b)passionate about automation and c)with 22+ years of SAP SI experience delivering complex development and integration projects, d)someone who is abreast with latest SAP technology trends, e)GenAI enthusiast with a clear vision of GenAI impact on SAP SI projects as well as on SAP Business AI solutions. f)Knowledge/experience in "Clean core" paradigm is critical. g)Client CXO facing skills is a must. h)Shall possess strong leadership skills and business acumen skills for driving business growth. i)One should have led a team of about 150+ people.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 22 years of experience in SAP BTP Development & Integration Implementation .- A 15 years full-time education is required.
