Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Lead and manage project teams effectively.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.- Identify and mitigate project risks.- Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.- Experience in delivering technology projects.- Knowledge of service level agreement management.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle CC&B implementation.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
