Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using ServiceNow ITSM Software Asset Management (SAM). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Broad IT relevant experience working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives

Experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO)

Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow - end user/administrator perspective,

Knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools

Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,

Working knowledge of relational databases

Taking part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as trouble shooting

Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept

Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Experience in designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow ITSM Software Asset Management (SAM) applications.

Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in ServiceNow scripting (Client, Server, UI Actions, Business Rules, etc.).

Good To Have Skills:Experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools.

Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM Software Asset Management (SAM).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
