Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using PeopleSoft PeopleTools. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:a Be a expert team member, helping other technical developerb Helps in designing strategy for new enhancement requests and adoption of new features in Peoplesoft 9.2c Coordinates with Functional/Business team and transformation team to translate business requirement to technical document and diagramd Resolve tickets, design and build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for CoreHR (Workforce Administration and Manager and Employee Self service), TAM (Recruitment), Candiate Gateway, Person profile and Non Person profile management, Position management.e Design and build batch programs in HCM and fix/update existing batch programs
Professional & Technical Skills:a Must be expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools Core HRb Good knowledge of AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages.c Good Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft CoreHR (Workforce Administration and Manager and Employee Self service), TAM (Recruitment), Candiate Gateway, Person profile and Non Person profile management, Position management.d Good to be worked on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or abovee Good in Oracle SQL/PL SQLf Good to have prior experience of working on Production Support, conversion and/or Implementation projects
