Summary:As an Infrastructure Program Control Services professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of the infrastructure. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, identifying and resolving issues, and designing solutions based on your deep product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients and ensure the smooth functioning of the infrastructure.

Interact with clients to accurately define issues and design solutions based on deep product knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills:
