Site Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations, including managing labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure work is executed as per design specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Manage site documentation, including drawings, material records, and site diaries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review and verify contractor bills, measurements, and material usage.
• Assist in planning project timelines and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction site management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to site challenges.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position based on-site with potential travel to multiple project locations.
