Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams, make key decisions, and provide solutions to problems. Your typical day will involve designing and developing applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the functionality and performance of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop applications based on business process and requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance.

Ensure the functionality, security, and scalability of applications.

Implement best practices and coding standards for application development.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Document application design, development, and maintenance processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize application features.

Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of the developed applications.

Support the deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with web development frameworks like Angular or React.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.

Knowledge of web services and API integration.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
