Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to optimize business processes and enhance customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Create technical specifications and design documents.

Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.

Ensure the quality and performance of the applications.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Stay updated with the latest SAP SD technologies and trends.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for improvement.

Assist in the deployment and maintenance of SAP SD applications.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Train and mentor junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

Strong understanding of SAP SD modules and functionalities including Order Management.

Experience in designing and developing SAP SD applications.

Knowledge of SAP SD integration with other modules.

Hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration and customization.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP ABAP programming.

Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and migration strategies. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

This position is based at our Mumbai office.
