Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Node.js to provide a dynamic service and ensure smooth functioning of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.

Ensure system availability and performance by monitoring system logs and alerts, and taking proactive measures to prevent issues.

Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills:

oFull stack development with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Typescript, APIsoAWS, Terraform (it is also referred to as IaC - Infrastructure as Code), LambdasoKnowledge of SQL, ability to create queries and understand databasesoCI/CD Pipelines and Azure Dev OpsoExperience creating microservicesoSelf-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partnersoAnalytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skillsoEffective verbal and written communication skillsoQuality and customer service oriented Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
