Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging code. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop applications based on business requirements.

Analyze and troubleshoot application issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Test and debug code to ensure application functionality.

Implement best practices and standards for application development.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC).

Experience in designing and building applications based on business requirements.

Strong knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices.

Hands-on experience with programming languages such as ABAP or Java.

Experience with SAP BPC implementation and configuration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Financial Consolidation (SAP FC).

Knowledge of SAP ERP modules such as FI/CO or SD/MM.

Experience with SAP HANA database and data modeling.

Understanding of SAP BW/4HANA and data integration.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
