As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.
- Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.
- Oversee the successful delivery of services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Manage and collaborate with the team to perform effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
- Experience in managing programs, projects, or managed services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
- This position is based in Bengaluru.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the support and delivery of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the systems by performing Red Hat OS Administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide technical support.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely resolution of production issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience in Ubuntu Linux Administration and Linux Architecture.
- Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix.
