What would you do? "In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.Roles and Responsibilities1.Managed F&A client in different industries and can manage across towers viz- Record to Report, Accounts Payable, Tax, FP&A2.Ability to drive Innovation initiatives with a focus on business outcomes/goals3.Can effectively work with multiple teams , Technology in driving Analytical tools, Gen AI/ Hyper automation deployments4.Drive Automation via optimal mix of technology & accelerators to deliver business outcomes5.Client facing with good communication skillsIn this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth."

In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility

Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach

Some latitude in decision-making in involved

The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
