*Align on client priorities, business objectives/goals*Map client stakeholders (business & technology organization)*Setup transformation roadmap and intelligent operations scoring baseline*Configure and enable SynOps based on scope (along with delivery SMEs & Technology)*Process mapping, process diagnostics for insights & roadmap creation*Baseline performance, define key outcomes and roadmap to best-in-class*Develop Innovation agenda; co-create innovative solutions with clients*End to end accountability of execution leveraging Accenture tools/assets/teams*Proactive risk management; Change management; Plan for renewals*Identify reinvention/TER (Total Enterprise Reinvention) opportunities
