Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and develop functional specifications.

Configure and customize SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting modules to meet business needs.

Lead the effort to test, debug, and troubleshoot SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:

S/4 Implementation experience is mandatory

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in other SAP modules such as MM, SD, or PP.

Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions.

Strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting modules and their integration with other SAP modules.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting modules to meet business needs.

Experience in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

S/4 Implementation experience is mandatory
