Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes

Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Aera Control Tower

Strong understanding of business processes and operations

Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Aera Control Tower
