Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve efficiency.

Define parts of an organization to enhance its performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Assist in the implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

An MBA degree is required.
