Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing solutions to work-related problems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing requirements, developing code, and testing applications to ensure their functionality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure their functionality and performance.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to enhance application development.

Assist in the deployment and migration of Salesforce applications across different environments.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.

Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.

Train end-users on the usage of Salesforce applications and provide ongoing support.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce CPQ.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.

Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Hands-on experience in developing custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules in Salesforce.

Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.

Familiarity with declarative development tools like Process Builder and Flow.

Experience in Salesforce data migration and data management.

Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
